How to Work with Me

I believe most runners don’t need more complexity. They need a simple, sustainable approach that helps them stay healthy, enjoy the process, and continue improving for years to come.

That’s the philosophy behind everything I do.

Whether you’re looking for free training advice, a supportive community, or personalized coaching, there are several ways we can work together to help make you a faster, healthier, more consistent runner.

1. Free Subscriber

The easiest way to get started is by subscribing to Full Stride Running.

Every week I share articles, notes, and training insights focused on masters runners, endurance athletes, and anyone who wants to train smarter rather than simply harder.

Topics include:

  • Aerobic development

  • Training consistency

  • Masters running

  • Marathon preparation

  • Recovery and longevity

  • Running philosophy and mindset

  • Lessons I’ve learned from more than four decades in the sport

This level is completely free and is the best place to start if you’re getting to know my approach.

2. Paid Subscriber

For runners who want to go deeper, there is the paid version of Full Stride Running.

Paid subscribers receive:

  • Access to the complete article archive

  • Subscriber-only content

  • One 60-minute coaching call for those signing up for the annual plan

The coaching call gives us an opportunity to discuss your training, goals, challenges, race plans, or anything else related to your running.

Many runners don’t need ongoing coaching. Sometimes a single conversation can provide the clarity and direction needed to move forward with confidence.

If you’ve been enjoying the newsletter and want more direct access to my experience and perspective, this is a great next step.

3. Full Stride Running Club

If you’re looking for community and connection, join the Full Stride Running Club

The club is hosted on Skool and is currently free to join.

Inside you’ll find:

  • Discussions with other runners

  • Training conversations

  • Q&A opportunities

  • Educational resources

  • Running motivation and accountability

  • A growing library of content designed specifically for masters runners

My goal is to create a place where runners can learn from one another, share experiences, and stay motivated for the long haul.

Running can be a solitary sport, but it doesn’t have to be a lonely one.

4. One-on-One Coaching

If you’re looking for personalized coaching, I also work with athletes through Team RunRun.

My coaching philosophy is built around the principles of the Full Stride Method:

  • Enjoy the process

  • Prioritize consistency

  • Build a strong aerobic foundation

  • Train hard enough, not as hard as possible

  • Respect recovery

  • Keep things simple

  • Train for longevity

I work primarily with adult and masters runners who want a realistic approach to improvement while balancing running with work, family, and the rest of life.

Whether your goal is your first 5K, a personal best marathon, or simply continuing to run strong into your 50s, 60s, and beyond, personalized coaching provides the structure, accountability, and guidance to help you get there.

You can learn more about my coaching services through my Team RunRun coaching profile.
